One week to go

One week to go until Christmas! Yay! Poo to all the scrooges who keep whinging about how bad Christmas is. I actually like Christmas and can’t wait for it. I have to hear people going on about how much money they’re spending and how awful it is daily. There’s a simple solution, stop buying so much useless tat and take the holiday period for what it is; time to spend with loved ones, to have a break and to have fun.

If I have to hear just one more person complain how the signing at work is misleading (which it isn’t), I think I will take them to the said sign, read it to them ever so slowly, then shove the sign where the sun don’t shine. Hopefully this method will get it into their heads that not everything on the shelf is half price. The sign clearly states this. Since when did “selected lines” mean every damn thing in the store? Why do people act so stupid during the festive season? Do I even have to ask?
