Sidebar change
The horizontal sidebar just wasn’t working for me. I didn’t like how it looked. It was horrid in Internet Explorer. I have gone back to using vertical, multiple sidebars. You’ll notice depending on the page you view, the sidebar will change. I am very pleased with how it has turned out, though I think the pink is overkill. Maybe I ought to change the background colour of the sidebar lists to a light grey? For now, it will do. No layout of mine remains the same, I’m always tinkering to ensure the design looks good and is easy to view. That horrible former sidebar was bugging me so much, so it had to go.
I am thinking about adding a bit more content now I have these extra sidebars. I can add content without having to bother with the top navigation. I’m thinking of having the stats page gotten rid of or having it in a sub-section. It seems to only be usefull to me and nobody else. I’ll have a think about it. The site needs to be restructured.
I have been working on a new project with my sister. It’ll be my first fan site in years. We’re working on a website dedicated to the British wrestler, William Regal. It won’t be like any other wrestler fan site, it won’t be graphic intensive and over the top. Nor will it have nasty markup that would make Jem blow a gasket.
There’s not many Regal sites out there, and we’re huge fans. I’ll post the address when it is complete. Yay for being inspired!
