I’m back!
April 7, 2008 – 2:48 pm
I am back home in England. Ireland was wonderful. We travelled from Holyhead in Wales to Dublin by ferry then drove up to Portadown in Nothern Ireland, my father-in-law’s hometown. I got to meet so many lovely people, Sean’s family. They were all so friendly and welcoming. The wedding was beautiful, I had never been to a church wedding before so it was quite an experience. The reception was a blast, so many people got up and dancing. I don’t dance though. I felt a bit like a party pooper but I managed to speak to many people and have a great time. There were 160 guests at the wedding and a massive 400 at the reception! That’s like a village! The hotel was lovely, we had a drive around Portadown and we took a trip to Lough Neagh.
That’s all I want to write now since I need to get settled back into home. I want to go to Ireland again for sure. ![]()
