Rachael and I being goofy at the train station

I am knackered. Today I got to meet up with two spiffy ladies, Rachael and Jem. Jem’s brother and sister tagged along, too. I have seen Jem many times since we went to school and college together, but it was my first time meeting Rachael. Yes, I met somebody off the Internets! Rachael is lovely and it was great to meet her. She came to my hometown, what a brave girl! We all had a good time. We had something to eat and sat in the park, we then went around a few shops. One of them stocked some nice “boy pants” so I bought two pairs. Rachael took a picture of a pair of amazing pants, they said “Queen Bee” on the waist band with bees all over them. What a cool reference to the Quilting Bee, eh? Not to mention a great find. Jem didn’t buy them but I’m sure Rachael will share the photo of them once she returns after the weekend.

We happened to stumble upon the fun fair in the park. We went on a few rides, which was a blast. If only the last ride I went on didn’t hurt my neck and legs. Oh well, it was worth it! After that Rachael and Jem’s siblings went on the kid’s slides in the park. I didn’t attempt to, I may have gotten stuck.

What is with the trains today? Rachael’s train was delayed arriving and departing. There was a London train that was almost two hours delayed. Sucks to be the London commuters, I say.

But… I’ve ALREADY seen a snap of Jem’s legs! I need something different to assemble my shrine!! What kind of stealth photog are you, anyway?! *Sigh*

Ah well, I guess, the mystery continues. And now I have even more of a reason to bounce on over there in the next few years– to hide in Jem’s bushes and see what she looks like! *Is stalker*

You lucky people off having fun! I’m major jealous.

I am glad you had fun. This is no fair. I want to meet people too. I don’t get to go anywhere. *pouts* Oh well, at least I get to talk to everyone.

@Aisling: I did threaten to photograph her unknowingly, but I was joking. I respect a person’s privacy and if Jem doesn’t want pictures taken of her face, then that is fine by me.

@Melissa: It was heaps of fun! Rachael is a sweetie, she even gave me one of her Moo Cards. I would love to meet more people from the Quilting Bee. If only I had the funds to get a plane ticket.

@Hev: If it weren’t for the QBee IRC existing, I probably wouldn’t have met Rachael since I never really spoken to her before the chatroom came about. The QBee IRC really can change things. It’s a good place to get to know people better.

@Hanna: Sexy trainers, too. Sketchers for the win!

@Chris: Ever heard of sarcasm or even a joke? People call the Internet “The Internets”, “Teh Internets” or even “Teh Intarwebs” as a way of being amusing. You wouldn’t know that since you’re not even remotely funny.

You want to pick at me saying I made a bad mistake? Oh the irony. Your comment isn’t exactly grammatically correct. In fact all sentences you write don’t make sense.

You can keep commenting as “Dave” with the e-mail, cheeky21@hotmail.co.uk. I know it is you, dumbass. Ever heard of a little thing called an IP address? Each comment you make as somebody else, I will change to your e-mail address and real name.
