I couldn’t help myself, so sue me. 
I have tested the design in various browsers. The sidebar padding is slightly off in Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6.0 (surprise, surprise). I will attempt to resolve this soon. I hope you like it, I sure do. I’m quite proud of this design. 
I will moving around some of the content, too.
As usual, any bugs I need to be aware of or if you have any comments, please let me know!

I love it! The header thing is so lovely and the footer insignia tries the two together. The only thing I would recommend is some left padding on the nav links. Maybe 3 or 5..?

Ooh, it’s beautiful and elegant! I love it! The submit button on the form seems a bit off though. But the form fields are gorgeous looking. Umm…I’ll just go and say you’ve done phenomenal work yet again.
Hey Sarah I was wondering how to do you go about testing in different browser versions? Do you download them separately or do you use BrowserShots?

@Cristina: I do use Browser Shots, but for the IE 6 bug testing I used Jem since she has that version. I found that the Browser Shots aren’t 100% accurate.
Hey, I’ve been reading here for a while but this design prompted me to comment. I actually really love it. Nice use of colours.
I really like the new theme! I think it would look even better if you added a class for the last list item in each in your sidebar to not have a bottom border, but that’s just a personal preference Everything looks great.
For the life of me I dunno why I didn’t reply to this when I SO DID SEE IT THE DAY IT WAS POSTED OMG. *fails*
But yes, I love this, Sarah…it’s lovely and the colors are awesome!!!!!! I think my favorite parts, weirdly enough, are the form boxes (perfect gradients) and the sidebar boxes! So cute!
