I had my second interview today. It went very well, indeed. Two hours later, I got called up and was offered a job, even though I was told I may have to wait a week. Yay!
I'm so glad I got this job, it seems like a very nice place to work and the staff are friendly. I start on the 22nd, but may need to go in a bit earlier for an induction. I'll be getting some information and paperwork in the post.
Yay, I got a job!
Why is it I go to people's personal blogs and there's always some stupid drama going on? Why can't people just get the heck over it and get on with their lives? I'm not going to name any names in particular because they know who they are and I don't want to give them the hits they crave so much, which is why they start drama in the first place.
There always seems to be some silly, childish drama going on. For example:
Person 1: Omgz like this guy is a total player and is saying stuff about me!
Person 2: O rly? Omgz so not nice! I'ma send him such-and-such e-mail. Lulz!
Person 1: Such-and-such sent me an e-mail about HIM and she said blah blah blah blah!
Person 3: Ur all draaaama slutz! I don't want teh dramaz go away!
Person 1: Blah blah blah, you sent this e-mail to such-and-such and she sent it to whatsherface, then SHE sent it to you-know-who.
Me: *Brain explodes*
Confused? So am I! You know what's frightening? Most of the individuals involved are parents. They're adults, apparently.
Get over it, kiddies! It's only the Internet!
On another note, we've been married a month today!
